MacLellan seeks to recognize and honor academic excellence by providing scholarships for trade schools, community colleges and universities to students of MacLellan employees who meet the eligibility requirements of the program.

The MacLellan Education Fund is managed by the Blue Grass Community Foundation (BGCF), a nonprofit public charity based in Lexington, Kentucky. BGCF appoints and oversees an independent committee to review scholarship applications in May and award scholarships each June.

Scholarship recipients are also given the opportunity to work for MacLellan during their school breaks. We are privileged to have them work side by side in our corporate office and at customer sites across the country. It is an honor to be a part of their career growth and development. For more information about this program please access the information in our employee handbook and or MBP applications page.

Education Reimbursement Plan

The Educational Reimbursement Plan is available for full time salaried employees. The plan offers reimbursement for a portion of your tuition, registration, and laboratory fees for approved courses after you successfully complete the courses. Questions concerning this benefit, eligible expenses, or eligibility should be referred to MacLellan's Human Resource Department.
